Scope of Services. Through this Site, Dr Scrap Junk Removal and Services LLC markets and arranges Residential Junk Removal, Commercial Junk Removal, Furniture Removal, Appliance Removal, Construction Debris Removal, Light Demolition Service. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.

Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.

IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Dr Scrap Junk Removal and Services LLC or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

End of Use. Dr Scrap Junk Removal and Services LLC may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
